DJ Lettered!

DJ was the star of the night Monday at his award ceremony! He was recognized for being a part of the varsity band and the orchestra. He also lettered in both band and orchestra -- quite the accomplishment for a sophomore! Way to go DJ, we are so proud of you. Here's DJ and Dan just before the award ceremony.

And after, the proud owner of a Millard West "M" and pins for both band and orchestra!

Twas a good night. We went home and celebrated with a Skinny Cow and a little TV. Tonight we'll have to plan a dinner in his honor! It's not everyone who has the talent to letter in high school -- we are so proud!
