Dan and I met up with our friends, Leigh and Charlie, and went out to watch a popular local band called Madison County. (That's the band Leigh and Charlie met watching and one Dan and I had not seen LIVE, although we've had them on Weekend Live).
Dan was working the event for Star Country, he got up on stage, introduced them and then re-introduced him after their break! He did a great job and it was a lot of fun! He's so confident on stage, it's impressive to watch. Here's pictures of he and Mark Van Allen, the guy who now does Dan's old shift, 7-Midnite on Star! He made a joke about Mark's hair, but quickly had to back track after reaching for his own! It was cute!
We met a lot of very nice people and toasted 2009 with a plastic cup of Champagne! This must be a post Champagne picture! (A little to the right girls)!
